ENROLLMENT - Terms and ConditionsPaymentA 50% Deposit per class is required to reserve a space in the class. The balance is due prior to within 7 days of the class start date. Full payment is also accepted. You can either print an enrollment form and send your payment through the mail, or you can use your credit card to pay the full amount online. After reading these terms and conditions, please see "Methods of Payment/Enrollment" for more information on how to preoceed with your enrollment. Confirmation If you pay with credit card, you wil receive enrollment confirmation either via email or phone within 72 hours. If you paid with check, you will receive confirmation once the check has cleared. The "openings" listed for each class will not instantly reflect your enrollment as this number is manually updated only on a weekly basis. Refunds Full refunds will only be issued until one week prior to class start date. Refunds for cancellations made during the week prior to class start date, will be issued LESS 25% of the FULL TUITION AMOUNT of the class for which you were registered. Credit card refunds are also subject to a 3% transaction fee on the original payment amount. Also, if you paid with a credit card, your card cannot be credited. Rather, you will receive a check in 3 - 6 weeks. Example - if you sent a $500 deposit for a class that costs $1000 and you cancel within the week prior to the class start date, your refund will be $250.00. If you paid in full, and you cancel within the week prior to the class start date, your refund will be $750.00. If you used a credit card for the full payment, there will be an additional transaction fee of $30 (3% of $1000) deducted from your refund, therefore you would be issued a check for $720.00 in 3 - 6 weeks).
